MULBERRY
This newly constructed home was built on a narrow piece of land just north of downtown. Located in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood among traditional brick buildings, the design required approval by the city board to meet historic guidelines.
The exterior of the home brings together traditional design elements with modern touches, including a group of windows which appear as one wrapping the front the corner of the home, allowing natural sunlight to filter in.
Designing this family home on a small site took careful planning. This home features generous connected living spaces, four bedrooms, three and a half baths, a loft space and two-car garage.
A small, comfortable rooftop space high above the street provides striking views of the city skyline. The space features a large roof overhang and a wood-screen wall to help minimize direct sunlight on the deck and through the expansive sliding doors to the loft inside.
